Byron Moger and Luis Elorza are based in Tampa. Karl Johnston is based in Jacksonville and the Panhandle. The team provides comprehensive apartment brokerage services to institutional and private clients and manages assignments on the west coast of Florida.  Together with the Orlando team, the Tampa office also covers northern Florida including Ocala, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Gainesville.

The Tampa Office is part of a state-wide team led by Executive Director Byron Moger that provides seamless multifamily client services throughout Florida.  With multifamily transaction experience dating back to 1981, the team harnesses expertise in sales, finance, development, consulting, investment banking and valuation to understand and address the broader issues in today’s marketplace. Our advice empowers clients to make the best investment decisions.

Operating out of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Ft. Myers, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, our senior brokers are “hands on” and remain involved in every transaction through completion.  This approach to apartment brokerage provides all the benefits of boutique service with the support and reach of a national platform thereby maximizing exposure to the most active investors nationwide. Assignments include conventional apartment communities, student housing, private client communities, new development, distressed sales, value-add properties, manufactured housing, multifamily land, affordable housing and equity joint ventures.  We have closed sales of condominiums that reverted to rentals as well as condominiums with closed retail unit sales.  We represent institutional investors, public companies, private clients agencies, lenders and special servicers on assignments ranging from single assets to portfolios.
